On the second day of Navratri, there is a ritual of worshipping the Brahmacharini form of Maa Durga. The word Brahmacharini is a Sanskrit word. It means one who behaves like Brahma or in other words, one whose behavior is like Brahma. Maa Brahmacharini always fulfills the wishes of her devotees and destroys their troubles. Maa Brahmacharini is the second form of Goddess Durga, she is worshipped on the second day of Navratri.
